The holiday home (220 m) is equipped with the newest facilities and it is situated in Furth near Kaprun. Pure comfort in rural surroundings! The mix of wood and modern accessories give a special cachet to this holiday home. The cottage is ideally situated in the famous ski region "Europasportregion" and near the centre of Kaprun! Nature, tranquillity, a sunny location with all mod cons are the key words that spring to mind for this holiday home. The ski bus drives almost past your door and takes you to the glacier of the Kitzsteinerhorn in Kaprun or the famous Zell am See-Schüttdorf. After an exhausting day's holiday you can relax heavenly in your own sauna! You can even book a massage on request... In summer the Europasportsregion offers many opportunities like walking, cycling and swimming in one of the most beautiful mountain lakes of the Alps. A few hours of sunbathing on the terrace of your holiday home will quickly make you forget the stress of modern life and relax you completely. The cottage is also ideally situated for golfing enthusiasts. The 36-hole golf course near Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most beautiful in Austria. Popular excursions in the region are : Salzburg "Mozart's city", Hohenwerfen castle and the Großglockner can all be reached in less than 1 hour by car. In short, this holiday home will fulfil all your wishes and you will definitely feel at home here ! It is possible to book this accommodation with less people for a lower price. Company regulations
- The web portal alpen-pension.com serves for the reservation of accommodation in the Pension Praga and in AlpenSonne Suites. The licensee of alpen-pension.com himself does not run any accommodation services.
- The binding reservation is made automatically on the basis of the advance payment of 20% of the total price. This payment is carried out immediately when using a credit card or PayPal. When using bank transfer, the amount has to be credited to our account at the latest after 5 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Before we would cancel an order, we would contact you to make sure, that the bank transfer isn't delayed.
- For the users of our website in Czech language the price of the advance payment will be according to the foreign exchange rate of the Czech national bank converted to Czech crowns.
- The reservation is considered as binding after the advance payment of 20% is made.
- The client pays the rest of the price in cash in Euros after finishing their stay, when also a control document about the whole price is issued.
- Advance payments are not refundable.
- When entering a reservation the client is asked to agree with the rules of use, that are binding for both client and licensee.
- Eventual changes, cancellation or other matters concerning the reservation, have to be discussed between the client and the licensee of the accommodation. The licensee of alpen-pension.com is always willing to provide his help to settle such situations.
- Problems, that occure with the accommodation, are always to be settled between the client and the licensee of the accommodation, the licensee of alpen-pension.com doesn't bear any responsibility in such a case.
- The reservation can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the arrival through a notification to the licensee of the accommodation about the cancellation of the contract. It is also possible to cancel the reservation online through a client's account on alpen-pension.com.
- In case that the reservation is neither used nor cancelled, the licensee has the right to receive a payment, that equates to one day of a used reservation. He is entitled to charge the client's credit card with this amount or to use another payment mode.
Rules of use at the Alpensonne - Suites
- The licensee can only accommodate a guest, who will be registerd according to the rules after producing an ID-card, a valid passport or another valid proof of identity.
- The licensee is neither responsible for the items, that guests take along, nor for damage or loss of the items.
- Guests are neither allowed to move furniture in suites and public rooms without the licensee's permission, nor to make any reparations or to intervene into the power-grid.
- In succession of unforeseen incidents the licensee is authorized to request a guest to move to a different suite. The guest is required to act on such a request.
- During 10.00 pm until 6.00 a.m. guests are required to keep quiet at night.
- The site in front of the pension is designated to serve as parking space for motor vehicles. The parking spaces are unattended and the licensee is not liable for any eventual theft of a vehicle or for theft of items from the vehicle.
- Smoking is forbidden in all rooms of the pension, except in places marked as smoking places.
- Check-In is in 2.00 pm on arrival day. If you are planning on arriving late in the evening past check in time, you have to make sure to notify us about your arrival time. On departure day check-out is required before 10.00 pm.
- The guest is according to generally binding laws and regulations responsible for damages of the furniture or of the building, that are caused through not adhering the rules mentioned above, out of neglectfulness or on purpose. In case of the damage or destruction of an item, the guest is expected to pay appropriate compensation.
- The guest is obliged to adhere to the rules of use. In case the guest severly breaks the rules of use, the licensee is authorized to quit the accommodation of the guest earlier than preconcerted.
